Moroccan delicious and simple lunch dish.
I am sorry guys, I have no time to write on my blog. I am constantly busy with my daughter, who started to walk and she is all over the place hehe Some of you know what I am taking about. Help, help hehe
I will just write simple and quick.

Let’s get this party started.

Time: 30-40 minutes

1. Tomatoes – 5, canned tomatoes 250 g or passata;
2. Tomato purée – 1 tablespoon;
3. Mince meat (beef) – 500 g;
4. Eggs – 4;
5. Onion – 1;
6. Garlic – 2 cloves;
7. Parsley – just a little bit;
8. Oil/ olive of oil for frying.

1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of red sweet pepper
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt – depends on you how much do you like

Form small balls from mince meat (meat needs to be with spices). Be patient hehe It takes a while to form it, but it’s worth that hehe
Fry meat, onion and garlic on olive of oil or oil. Add spices, tomatoes, tomatoe purée and cup of water. Cook for a while (until all ingredients will be soft). At the end add eggs and cook until egg white will be stiff).
The last touch: add some parsley on the top and here you go – you have delicious, Moroccan lunch 😉

The best with warm, fresh baked bread
