Chapati (Capati) – Indian bread ;)

Hello;) If you want quick and delicious bread, I recommend you to make Indian bread calls chapati (capati).
How long does it take? Around hour, because half hour cake grows.


1/2 kg of flour,

glass of water,

1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Flour, salt and water put in a bowl and mix all together. Knead the dough until it comes off the hands. Leave it in the bowl  and cover the a clean cloth and leave for half an hour in the bowl to rest. After half hour knead the dough again and form small balls. Roll out the dough and form small cakes (around 15 cm). Fry on dry and reheated pan from both sides (until they look like on pictures). In original recipe you fry few seconds each side and then put breads on fire to burn little bit, however for safety reasons I did it on pan (they quickly catch fire).

Ok, so here you go:  delicious, fast, cheap receipe on very tasty bread. You will find ingredients on this bread in every home.
